Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement mechanical projects for 2 sites
- Generate proposals and project goals
- Manage all phases of the projects, including engineering design, procurement, planning and installation
- Create equipment specifications
- Develop plan for each project, including costs, timings and requirements
- Identify any areas for risk
- Risk assessments
- Involvement with verification and signing off designs
- Create engineering drawings
Project Engineer Requirements:
- Significant and relevant mechanical project management experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design and maintenance of equipment such as agitators, reactors and pumps
- Good knowledge of the chemical industry
- Ideally, working knowledge of a COMAH site
