The Maintenance Supervisors role is Commutable from the following locations: Bolton / Rochdale / Radcliffe / Middleton
Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor:
Lead Daily meetings as required, ensure all requirements are actioned and up to date.
Be responsible for emergency and planned events scheduling
Maintain and register CMMs
Assist the manager in leading the maintenance department
Work closes with HR – Investigations / Interviews / Disciplinaries / attendances / Inductions and training.
Creating and maintain Stock list
Maintain equipment as required.
Produce and report on KPI’s set for the team.
Assist the team with Preventative and or reactive maintenance of the plant and equipment
Finding or fixing faults or arranging for replacement parts.
Experience the Maintenance Supervisor will hold:
Holding both Electrical and mechanical abilities.
Previous experience within a Supervisor / Team leader role
Experienced within Manufacturing Environments
Hold Good leadership skill / Great Communicator.
Able to use Excel / Power point / Word and Email.
