The Quality Inspector will be required to work the following Shift: Days – Monday to Thursday 07.30am till 16.15pm & Friday 07.30am till 12.30 midday.

Key experience for the Quality Inspector:
Previous, proven experience within a Nuclear / Quality Inspectors’ role
Experienced within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of ISO9001 as well as ASME PED this would be at an advantage.

At least 2-3 years’ experience within Quality control
Key Duties for the Quality Inspector:
Maintain all controlled document files and test records.
Perform Inspections of purchased parts.
Monitor Equipment & Instrumentation to ensure operation and calibration
Support the Writing and updating of inspection procedures
Attending meetings to provide reports and update with the general manager / Senior Quality engineer.
Work or reject subassemblies or finish products as required.
Be responsible for enforcing safety and quality on site.

The company run either Days or Nights. Rates are below for both Shifts. The option to work Days or Nights.
The day shift – Monday to Thursday 7:30am till 4:15pm – Friday 7:30am till 12:30.
Nights: Monday to Thursday 10pm till 7:30am
Benefits the CNC Turners will receive:
Salary: Day Rate: £15.28 working a 38hr week. Annual Rate: £30,193.28
Nights: £15.28 + £4.53 per hour = £19.81. Annual Rate £39,144.56 Pension Contribution matched at 5.5% = 11%

Key Requirements for the CNC Turners:
Carry out machining of components
Set up tools and load materials on to CNC Machines

Key Responsibilities

Ability to fault find on various electrical controls systems at both single and three phase.
Strong fault-finding abilities on PLC’s.
Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements specific to plant maintenance
Ability to conduct electrical installation work.
Good understanding of Facilities & Maintenance processes and production critical equipment
Can demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and able to work in a team environment or on own
Qualified to conduct work to BS 7671 wiring regulations.
Qualified to conduct electrical inspection and test.
Good level of computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
