• Extensive experience in service driven production/process industries
• Ability to identify and implement actions to improve/maintain productivity.
• To work with production teams to optimise the production processes of mixing, coating & converting to

• Provide as necessary support for the installation of new parts and equipment.
• To perform repairs to plant and equipment in accordance with best practice.

We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Engineer, to join the Engineering team at the recycling facility in Grantham.
