You will be part of a team of Maintenance Engineers delivering maintenance support and activities to maintain site compliance, improve the safety, quality and efficiency of all assets.
The benefits package for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role include:
Salary depending one experience £40,000 - £48,000
There are 40 hour weekly rotational shift patterns in place covering earlies, lates and nights covering both sites. (6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm / 10pm – 6am).
Annual leave of 31 days inclusive of bank holidays (rising to 32 after 5 years’ service and your
birthday off after 2 years’ service)

You must be a qualified Engineer, City and Guilds or equivalent trained dual skilled with strong skills across both mechanical/electrical disciplines. . The key areas of focus and duties for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role include:
Extensive experience in service driven production/process industries
Ability to identify and implement actions to improve/maintain productivity.
To work with production teams to optimise the production processes of mixing, coating & converting to
improve quality and reduce waste.
Provide as necessary support for the installation of new parts and equipment.
To perform repairs to plant and equipment in accordance with best practice.

Probe Technical are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Electrician to join an experienced and dedicated Engineering team near Corby on a double days shift, working Monday - Friday, 06.00-14.00 and 14:00 - 22:00. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to utilise their engineering skills and join a privately owned global business. Salary £33,000+ base over time on top
