This is an exceptional opportunity for a Key Leadership Role – We currently have requirements for an Experience Maintenance Team leader, to provide support an already Established Maintenance Team. / Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Team leader will be required to work the following Shift:  Wednesday & Thursday 6am till 6pm //// Friday & Saturday 6pm till 6am

Experience The Maintenance Team leader Will Hold: 

• Time Served with experience in a Manufacturing / FMCG Environment.
• Holding a formal qualification in Mechanical or / and electrical engineering  
• Previous experience within a team leader / Supervisor role 
• Multi-skilled – holding Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge. 
• Holding good Planning / Management / organisational skills. 
• Driven Continuous improvement.
• Experienced with Hydraulics, Pneumatics and Electrical Control systems. 
• Knowledge of Cutting and Grinding 
• Experienced with Fault finding and Problem Solving

Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate maintenance activities. 
• Assist with installation of the new plant equipment. 
• Carry out Factory inspections, Providing Support to the production operatives. 
• Carry out all planned maintenance on site. 
• Attend Management meetings and provided reports on daily activities. 
• Support Current and new members of the team – Support the Training and Development

Maintenance Team leaders’ position is commutable from the following locations:  Rotherham / Barnsley / Doncaster
