Duties of the Maintenance Engineer include:

  • 4 on / 4 off Continental Shift.  (2days/2nights) 
  • Install and/or maintain plant machinery. 
  • Operate a preventative electrical maintenance system. 
  • Fault finding and repairing any electrical or electro-mechanical related problems. 
  • Ensure that all plant and machinery is kept in a good working and clean condition.
  • Program all Siemens & other PLC equipment. (Desirable) 
  • Assist with the installation of new plant equipment. 

Maintenance Engineer Requirements include: 

  • Electrical apprentice trained.
  • HNC or equivalent in electrical engineering. 
  • 17th / 18th edition qualified.  
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment; Ideally heavy manufacturing. 
  • Siemens S7 knowledge. 
  • Excellent fault-finding abilities. 
  • Pneumatics.

Duties of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer   

As a proven Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within either a fast paced manufacturing, process or production environment.

Requirements of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer   

Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified Electrically to a City & Guilds or NVQ standard and ideally have some understanding of Plc Controls. 

However you must be multi skilled in your abilities. Having gained your Maintenance experience from supporting plant and equipment within a fast paced manufacturing, process or production environment. 

The Electrical Maintenance role is commutable from Aldridge, Bloxwich, Cannock & Walsall.

Duties of a Junior Maintenance Engineer  

As a proven Engineer you will be required to operate our equipment, allied to undertaking both planned and basic reactive maintenance tasks that will require you to hold good multi skilled abilities linked to both hydraulic and pneumatic skills.

Experience & Requirements for the Service Engineer.  

  • Apprentice trained and qualified to Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
  • Experience in sewage treatment, recycling plants, or heavy engineering environments is highly desirable

We are seeking to recruit a Service Engineer (Mobile Plant Engineer) for one of the largest privately owned Engineering businesses in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineer to join their manufacturing team based at any of the facilities in the UK. 

You will be responsible for ensuring plant availability and engineering resource is available when required to assist the operational function at any location. You will provide technical advice, assistance and intervention to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant assets as well as carrying out machine malfunction rectification work.

  • Maintain all plant assets and conduct a regular PPM service and carry out machine malfunction correction work to ensure plant and equipment is available to meet the operational demands placed upon it in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Oversee and participate in all large installations and machine removals/re-positioning where required

The role of Service Engineer is commutable from anywhere in the UK as it is a mobile role.

  • We are looking for an Apprentice trained maintenance electrician. 
  • Holding a Formal qualification in Electrical engineering – City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 
  • 17th / 18th IEE Wiring regulations. 
  • City & Guilds 2391 Testing 
  • UK Driving licence required / Travel to alternative sites required – all site located in within 5Miles of one another. 
  • Must be happy to work the required call out system. Working 1in5 calls – this is split between engineers.

  • Has a good proven track record of field sales background.

Area Sales Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the market share within allocated geographic areas, industries or accounts in the Midland’s region.
  • Develop and expand on a long-term basis certain nominated and parent company established Global accounts within the area of responsibility.
  • Continuous focus, action and target setting for developing new business and building new customer bases in the Northeast region.
  • Accountable for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s strategic plan.
  • Follow-up leads generated by marketing activities.
  • Implementation of the sales and marketing plans.
  • Assist in the reporting and forecasting functions monthly, as well as assisting in the reporting, controlling, forecasting, and managing of the allocated industries and accounts within the areas of responsibility.
