Duties of a Maintenance Technician:

Working within a small but effective team you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance to our wide range of production plant & equipment. 

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:

  • As a maintenance technician you must hold formal electrical or mechanical qualifications to either a City & Guilds or NVQ standard, allied ideally having undertaken an apprenticeship. 
  • In addition you must also have experience of undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment within high volume automated production or manufacturing environment, where you have ideally gained exposure to supporting Plc controls and Robots (however this is not essential).

  • As Special Purpose Machine Build Supervisor you will lead a multi-disciplined team of technicians to ensure each build is completed on time, within budget and that it’s handed over to the customer with complete satisfaction.  
  • As part of your role you will also be tasked with managing site services, driving 5S and ensuring all statutory regulations are adhered to.

Duties of a Contract Instrumentation Technician 

  • As a Contract Instrumentation Technician, you will be required to support our team of instrumentation technicians who calibrate and maintain our wide range of instrumentation equipment that is utilised in the monitoring of pressure, flow, temperature and Ph values. 
  • The role is hands on but will require you to have experience of supporting junior technicians, maintaining equipment registers and planning projects from conception to final hand over. 


Requirements of a Contract Instrumentation Technician

  • Ideally you will have gained your Instrumentation experience of supporting instruments within a heavy engineering or process environment and must have some experience of supporting staff.
