Warehouse Packer Pay, Hours and Benefits
- £25,000 - £26,000
- 39 hours per week, Monday – Friday
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays

Warehouse Packer Role Overview
- The Warehouse Packer will play a key role in the smooth operation of the warehouse and ensure the efficient dispatch of customer orders.
- This hands-on role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse Packer Candidate Requirements
- IT Literate: Proficient in ERP tools, excel and emails
- Comfortable using handheld barcode or QR code scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks such as unloading pallets and organising stock.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
Warehouse Packer Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Order Processing
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders.
- Retrieve products from shelves or cartons.
- Pack orders and invoices into shipping bags or boxes.
- Apply shipping labels and place packages in the correct area for the designated courier.
- Print orders and shipping labels using relevant tools and software.
Stock Management
- Accept deliveries, unload pallets and organise goods in the warehouse
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits alongside the team.
- Unpack and organise stock from factory multipacks onto shelves, maintaining a clean and accessible inventory system.
Warehouse Maintenance
- Maintain a tidy and organised warehouse space
- Ensure the safe handling of all inventory and equipment.
