Duties of a Maintenance Supervisor
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be required to lead the maintenance team on a daily basis, ensuring that PM’s are undertaken to schedule whilst also managing breakdown situations, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within either a manufacturing, process or production environment.
Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor
You must have gained your experience from working within a manufacturing or production environment with experience of either supervising or managing a maintenance team, managed external contractors, issued permits and also managed a PM structure with the use of CMMS software.
