RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation and compliance of Safety, Health, Chemical, Environmental and Quality policies
- Provide accurate product classifications
- Provide guidance on all areas of SHREQ
- Communicate regulatory and legislative changes, to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and safety legislation are established and implemented
- Maintain Compliance
- Classify product formulations and maintain raw material classifications
- Register products with authorities
- Conduct site audits
- Resolve non-conformance
- Conduct drills and evacuations
- Ensure risk assessment are prepared and reviewed
- Ensure HSE is informed about reportable accidents and dangerous occurrences
- New employee inductions
REQUIREMENTS
- NEBOSH QUALIFICATION
- IEMA, IOSH and or CQI MembershipRelevant Health and Safety knowledge, gained from within a manufacturing industry sector
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Safety requirements
- Previous ISO auditing experience
- Knowledge of business management system procedures
- Self motivated with the ability to use own initiative
- Positive and enthusiastic
