The maintenance electrician will be required to work the following shift: Winter hours – 32 weeks – 48Hr – 12Hr shifts 4Days – Friday Early finish. / Summer hours: 36HR –– 5days. Shift requirements will be discussed at interview to provide a better understanding. NO Weekends – Monday to Friday opportunity – DAYS Only

The Maintenance electrician will hold the following: 

• Experienced within a Manufacturing / FMCG Environment. 
• Holding fault finding abilities with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC’s 
• Installation, Single & 3phase systems 
• Experience carrying out preventative maintenance tasks.
• Ability to facilitate repairs under pressure.
• Flexible and able to adapt to situations as they occur.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• IT literate; including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook,), Gradus CMMS system.
• Familiar with building maintenance tasks
• Apprentice trained. 
• Educated to HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Extensive Electrical knowledge 17th Edition – progressing to 18th.
• Full valid UK Driving Licence
• Flexible – as you may be required to travel to alternative sites on occasions. 

The Maintenance electrician role is commutable from the following locations: Chester / Mold / Prestatyn / Rhyl

Duties of a Maintenance Technician 

• As a proven Maintenance Technician you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, that will see you supporting state of the art automated production equipment. 

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician

• Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified Electrically to a City & Guilds or NVQ standard and have some understanding of Plc Controls and Robot technology, allied to having previous experience of supporting plant and equipment within a fast paced manufacturing or production environment.

The role is commutable from Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth, Coventry and Lichfield

Duties of a Maintenance Technician:

Working within a small but effective team you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance to our wide range of production plant & equipment. 

Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:

• As a maintenance technician you must hold formal electrical or mechanical qualifications to either a City & Guilds or NVQ standard, allied ideally having undertaken an apprenticeship. 
• In addition you must also have experience of undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment within high volume automated production or manufacturing environment, where you have ideally gained exposure to supporting Plc controls and Robots (however this is not essential).
