• Experienced with: Hydraulics & Pneumatics, Gearboxes, Conveyor systems, Pumps, Vessels, Shredders, Boilers, Gauges, Holding Welding abilities – MIG & TIG – Fabrication skills.
• Pumps Experience: Worked with Many Water Pumps, Experienced with Centrifugal Pumps – Sealing, Changing, Rebuilds – Strip downs.

• The candidate holds a National Diploma in Maintenance Engineering - Level 3.
• Experience wise: Hydraulics / Pumps / valves, Conveyors, working to PPM's and MEWP's, Reactive maintenance, Fitting Air. Oil Regulators, Fault finding, Isolating Machinery, Motors and Gearboxes, Shredders and Pre-Shredders, Welding, General fitting, Fabricating sheet steel and plastics.

• The candidate is Apprentice trained holding a Level 3 City & Guilds Diploma - Electrical installation, also holding their 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations.
• Experienced with: Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC's - Fault finding -Inputs and Outputs / Modifications. Additional: Hydraulics & Pneumatics, HMI's, AC / DC Motors, Drives, Inverters, Single and 3 Phase systems, Conveyors, Gearboxes, CNC Machinery, Sensors, CMM'S + More.

• Qualified Maintenance Electrician – Qualified to a Level 3 NVQ IN Electrical engineering – City & Guilds 2391 achieved; 18^th edition held.
• Experience with: Siemens S7 PLCs, Motors and Drives, Inverters, Single 3 phase systems, Instrumentation, SCADA systems, AAB Inverters Drives, Furnaces, Boilers, Transformers, Pressure controls, Temp controls, Switch Gears, Conveyor systems

• The candidate is Apprentice trained Mechanically, holding a HNC in Mechanical and Production engineering, also holding a NVQ Level 2 in Mechanical and Electrical engineering.

• Experience: String fault finding abilities with Siemens / Allen Bradley PLC’s. Additional: Presses / Beam saws / Moulders / Packaging machinery / Weighing equipment / Metal Detectors / Blenders / Conveyor systems / Homag edge banders – Homag Cross cut saw / CNC Drills / Furnaces / Sewing machinery / Boilers / Ovens / FANUC Robots / Compressors + More.

• Qualified accomplished Maintenance Technician within 30+ years’ experience within FMCG and Manufacturing environments.
• Holding formal qualifications in Electrical engineering - 18th Edition held.
