Duties of a Maintenance Supervisor  

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be required to lead the maintenance team ensuring that PM’s are undertaken to schedule whilst also managing breakdown situations, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within either a manufacturing, process or production environment. 

Requirements of a Maintenance Supervisor 

You must have gained your experience from working within a manufacturing or production environment with experience of either supervising or managing a maintenance team. Allied to holding either City & Guilds or NVQ accreditation within an Electrical or Mechanical discipline.

Probe Technical are looking to recruit a full time and permanent Maintenance Electrician to join an experienced and dedicated Engineering team near Corby on a permanent night shift working Sunday to Thursday, 22.00-06.00. The package details for the role of Maintenance Electrician include the below and further at interview:

• Salary £50,000 (including shift allowance)
• 40 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, 22.00-06.00

Must be very flexible with regular overseas travel. Normally a week at a time, odd occasion up to 4 – 5 weeks at a time, but that is less frequent. You will predominantly be based at the facility near Lichfield 70% of the time.
