The Role

For success in this Senior Design Engineer role, you should have solid experience developing 3D designs in manufacturing environments, along with rapid prototyping, GD&T and tooling design.

Design Engineer Role Outline:

  • Support the design & implementation of manufacturing equipment.
  • Tooling design.
  • Maintain standards such as ISO 9001.
  • Support client relationships.
  • Work closely with manufacturing to overcome challenges.

Design Engineer Experience:

  • Related mechanical engineering qualification
  • Experience using 3D design software i.e. SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo.
  • Experience implementing new tooling, concepts and prototyping.
  • Undertake Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • GD&T
