Shift the maintenance electrician will be required to work: 8am till 4:30pm
The maintenance electrician role is commutable from: Warrington / Preston / Bolton / Wigan

Ideally the Maintenance Electrician will hold the following:
Previous experience within an ATEX Chemical or Process type industry
COMAH experience would be at an advantage.
Reactive maintenance
Trouble shooting
Planned preventative maintenance.
Electrical infrastructure systems i.e., Single and 3 phase systems
Instrumentation experience
There is also preventative maintenance work which typically includes testing of alarms, electrical equipment emergency lighting, earth testing etc
The type of work typically would be isolation of motors and electrical equipment to accommodate repairs/replacement by the fitting team as and when required to react to breakdowns.
Qualifications Required:
Ideally, we are looking for an Apprentice trained engineer.
Holding a City & Guilds 2391 in testing & inspection.

The Maintenance Engineers position is commutable from the following locations: Warrington / Skelmersdale / Bolton / Wigan
Shift the maintenance engineer will be required to work Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off - 2 x 12 hr days & 2 x 12hr nights, 5 * 18-day breaks fixed

The maintenance engineer will be responsible and hold the following experience:
Maintain and install all mechanical plant & machinery in line with company requirements.
React quickly, diagnose & repair any mechanical related problems on the plant or equipment.
Carry out our planned preventative maintenance schedule on the full range of equipment within the site .
Ensure that all plant and machinery is kept in a good, safe working & clean condition.
Complete all relevant paperwork associated with the task being performed in a timely and accurate manner.
Carry out daily inspections as requested related to safety, air, steam and water leaks and complete repairs as necessary.
Report any problems regarding equipment and machinery immediately to the Engineering Team Leader.
Ensure that you are aware of the Company Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures and that you always adhere to them.
Complete Maintenance work orders, use of a CMMS system, Agility or similar
Experience with pneumatic & hydraulic equipment & systems
Knowledge of high-pressure steam boilers and systems
Welding skills such as MMA, TIG, MIG
General workshop skills, tools, lathe, milling etc.
Able to read schematic drawings
Some multi skilling would be advantageous
Ideally you will be Apprentice trained holding a HNC / City & guilds Level 3 in Mechanical engineering.

This Maintenance Electrician position is commutable from the following locations: Warrington / Skelmersdale / Bolton / Wigan
The Maintenance Electrician will be required to work the following Shift: Continental – 4on-4off systems – 2days-2nights. 12 hours Shift.

The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible and hold the following experience:
As mentioned, key to the role is the fault finding and programming experience with PLC’s / Hardware. Siemens & Allen Bradley
Previous experience within a Manufacturing environment
Maintain and install all electrical machinery
Carry out planned preventative maintenance
Complete maintenance work orders, use of CMMS systems
Be able to communicate at all levels throughout the business
Electrically Biased – but holding a split on the mechanical Side
Knowledge of variable speed drives
Must be able to read schematic drawings
17/18th IEE Wiring regulations
Proven experience within a similar role
Apprentice trained holding a HNC / HND in Electrical engineering
