PRODUCTION MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing Production Processes: Develop production plans and schedules to meet output demand and quality standards. Ensure efficiency and safety throughout the process.
Budget Management: Monitor the production budget, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Resource Management: Maintain adequate material and equipment supplies, minimize downtime, and achieve targets.
Health and Safety: Uphold health and safety standards, train employees, and maintain equipment.
Quality Control: Monitor product quality and implement procedures to improve efficiency.
Team Management and Communication: Support, train, and manage production teams. Collaborate with other departments to align with company goals.
Problem-Solving and Efficiency: Identify and resolve issues to maximize quality, safety, and efficiency.

Significant senior management experience

Responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of IATF 16949, ISO9001 and ISO14001
Produce FMEA’s for review for the APQP team
Control Plans
Gauge design involvement and procurement, along with the creation of calibration and operating instructions
MSA studies to ensure gauges are fit to used again
PPAP submissions
Capability studies using SPC
Ability to use a variety of measuring equipment as well as the operation of CMM / Faro arm scanning

Quality Manager Requirements:
RELEVANT Quality Management or Senior Quality Engineering experience

Exposure to IATF 16949

Duties of a Maintenance Technician:
Working within a small but effective team you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance to our wide range of production plant & equipment.
Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:
As a maintenance technician you must hold formal electrical or mechanical qualifications to either a City & Guilds or NVQ standard, allied ideally having undertaken an apprenticeship.
In addition you must also have experience of undertaking planned and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment within high volume automated production or manufacturing environment, where you have ideally gained exposure to supporting Plc controls and Robots (however this is not essential).

Supervise a team of engineers.

Candidate Requirements
You will have a depth of experience of full product lifecycle.
The Senior Electronics Engineer will hold a degree or similar qualification in Electronics Engineering or a comparable subject.
Proven experience in embedded firmware design, development, and testing, along with, firmware unit, integration, and system testing.
Solid experience in electronics hardware design, development, and testing; including PCB schematic design and layout.
The Senior Electronics Engineer will have EMC design and test experience.
New product development, and design validation process – FMEA, DFM.
Creation of supporting design documentation, development reports, BoM, build packs.
Experience of electronics design within a highly regulated industry, with experience of working with third party approval/certification bodies.
Experience in architecture design and architecture design tools, with a familiarity of machinery safety standards or similar.
