Use of standard Toolroom equipment
Repair and maintenance to existing tools
New tooling
Complete relevant tooling notes

Toolmaker Requirements:
Apprentice trained
Relevant Toolmaking experience
All areas of Toolmaking are considered – plastic injection moulding, extrusion and pressings
A learning curve is being offered to the right person

Duties of an Senior Maintenance Technician
As a proven Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing, process or production environment.
Requirements of a Senior Maintenance Technician
Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified Electrically and have fault finding abilities with Plc Controls and exposure to Robot technology.
You must also be multi skilled in your abilities, having gained your Maintenance experience from supporting plant and equipment within a fast paced automated manufacturing, process or production environment.

Requirements for Senior Quality Engineer
Significant Quality Engineering experience at a Senior level
You will have gained your experience from within high-volume manufacturing
Leadership experience
Strong knowledge of Quality tools, such as SPC, Control Plans, PPAP submissions, APQP and Containment issues
Supplier and customer liaison
Excellent auditing abilities
This would suit a strong Collaborator, who is keen to utilise your considerable Quality knowledge, in a positive, friendly and supportive environment

Provide support to the Quality Manager
Manage and improve the current Quality systems
