Salary: 8.5 hrs per day x 5 = 42.5 days per week (40 hour contract)
8hrs x 5 days = 40 hours - £12.50 per hour x 40 x 52 = £26,000 The 2.5 hours additional will be at the overtime rate. £18.75 x 2.5 p/w = £46.88 x 52 = £243

Chemist Responsibilities:
Day to day batch manufacture
Conduct experimental work
Preparation of lab samples
Test raw materials
Test and evaluate competitors products
Calibration of equipment
Prepare samples for dispatch
Happy to work days
Chemist Requirements:
BTEC / HNC Chemistry or equivalent
To have the ability to follow chemistry testing techniques
Ideally, you will have worked in a busy lab previously
Good knowledge of sampling and product testing
Strond understanding of chemical processes

Project Engineer Responsibilities:
Plan and implement mechanical projects for 2 sites
Generate proposals and project goals
Manage all phases of the projects, including engineering design, procurement, planning and installation
Create equipment specifications
Develop plan for each project, including costs, timings and requirements
Identify any areas for risk
Risk assessments
Involvement with verification and signing off designs
Create engineering drawings
Project Engineer Requirements:
Significant and relevant mechanical project management experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical design and maintenance of equipment such as agitators, reactors and pumps
Good knowledge of the chemical industry
Ideally, working knowledge of a COMAH site

Provide guidance and support on environmental legislation

Health & Safety Manager Responsibilties:
Accident and incident investigation
Resolve non-conformance.
Keep uptodate with legislation and industry best practice.
Organise all required H & S training.
Develop, implement, and manage regulations under the Health and Safety at work Act 1974 safety programs (Confined space entry, LOTO, Safe Isolation of Plant, Hazard communication, Emergency response and Fall protection
Assist the safety teams in process hazard assessments, including HAZID, HAZOP and LOPA, as required under COMAH.
Act as Fire Officer on site.
Mange the sites COSHH Assessment
Health & Safety Manager Requirements:
NEBOSH
IOSH
Lead Auditor 45001, 14001 and 9001
Experience of a COMAH site would be advantageous.

Ensure Company is compliant to current Quality standards
Complete all documentation
Root cause analysis and corrective actions
Maintain and monitor the QMS
Non-conformities
Regular management reviews of the QMS
Internal audits
Resolve Quality problems from customer or supplier
Develop new Quality systems
Customer and Supplier liaison
Quality Manager Requirements:
It is essential that you have Quality experience at a Senior level
Experience of rot cause analysis and corrective actions
Strong understanding of QMS and ISO 9001:2015
Ideally, you will be from either manufacturing or chemical
