RESPONSIBILITIES

Promptly report deviations, incidents, or hazards using the appropriate systems.
Follow formulation batch sheets and specifications precisely.
Accurately adjust processes under laboratory staff guidance.
Document process activities completely and promptly.
Oversee the operational state of equipment during production.
Notify supervisors when raw materials are required or finished products are ready for transfer to the warehouse.
Assist with process and product improvements by providing observational feedback.
Participate in design and hazard reviews as required.
Undertake reasonable additional tasks as directed by management.
Perform FLT (Forklift Truck) operations if licensed.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to develop and refine risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Support the maintenance and improvement of the site's Environmental Management System (EMS).
Implement and oversee SHE inspection and auditing programs, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and completed.
Contribute to the development and delivery of Site Safety Meetings and other SHE communication initiatives.
Create, review, and implement robust health, safety, and environmental procedures.
