Maintenance Leader Duties include:

  • Continental days and nights rota (Average 39.12 hours per week). 
  • Manage team to meet departments KPI’s. 
  • Prioritise and resolve maintenance requests. 
  • Update CMMS.

  • Completion of works orders. 
  • Control critical spares and stocks. 
  • Actively contribute to company continuous improvement activities. 

As a Maintenance Team Leader Requirements: 

  • Recognised electrical qualifications. (NVQ Level 3 or HNC Electrical). 
  • 18th edition. 
  • Previous supervisory experience. 
  • PLC and Robotic knowledge. 
  • Understanding of continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen, 5S). 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Good knowledge of health and safety. 
  • Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience. 
  • Manufacturing experience.

Duties of an Senior Maintenance Technician

You will be working a continental shift pattern, and you will be paid a lifestyle bonus of £43 for every weekend day worked (excluding overtime). This will take your salary to around £46,729.91.
