Job Description
Maintenance Technician – No Night Shifts & Low Staff Turnover, Working within a Well Established Maintenance Team.
Due to retirement, we are seeking a proven multi skilled maintenance technician to join our team.

Duties of an Maintenance Technician
As a proven Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer you will be required to undertake both planned and reactive maintenance across our plant, which will require you to have experience of supporting plant and equipment within either a fast-paced manufacturing, process or production environment.
Requirements of a Maintenance Technician
Ideally you will be apprentice trained but must be qualified Electrically or Mechanically and have some understanding of Plc Controls.
However you must be multi skilled in your abilities. Having gained your Maintenance experience from supporting plant and equipment within a fast paced manufacturing, process or production environment.
The Maintenance Technician role is commutable from Aldridge, Bilston, Walsall, Wednesbury, Willenhall & Wolverhampton

RESPONSIBILITIES for TOOLMAKER
- Manufacture, maintain, and repair a variety of press tooling, jigs, and fixtures
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Perform inspections and testing to ensure tools meet strict quality standards
- Diagnose and resolve tooling issues swiftly and effectively
- Hapy to work Nights
REQUIREMENTS for TOOLMAKER
- Proven experience as a Toolmaker in a precision engineering or manufacturing setting
- Skilled in both Single Operation and Progression tooling
- To have the ability to read engineering drawings and using hand tools and general Toolroom equipment
- Detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a collaborative team
