Job Description
I'm looking for a mechanically biassed Maintenance Engineer in the Stoke area. We’re working closely to identify an Engineer that is qualified to a minimum level 3 in a mechanical discipline. You will be part of a big multi-disciplined maintenance team on a continental shift rota. They will offer you a great package starting at £51,400 + shift cover premiums and OT. They also offer an extensive benefits package including a matched pension of up to 10% and training courses such as mech to elec and PLC training.

Maintenance Engineer Benefits:

Maintenance Engineer Duties include:
- Continental shift (2 days – 2 nights).
- Assist with breakdowns.
- Planned and reactive maintenance.
- Improving and maintaining production equipment.
- Updating CMMS.
- Fault diagnostic and repair.
- Continuous improvement projects.
Maintenance Engineer Requirements include:
- Recognised engineering qualifications. (NVQ Level 3 as minimum).
- Apprentice trained.
- Mechanical engineering experience.
- FMCG experience.
- Knowledge around pneumatics.
- Welding.
- Knowledge with packaging machinery (advantageous).
